Book a barber in Eldoret — common questions
- How do I book a barber in Eldoret on Jaky?
- Open the shop you want, pick a service and a time that suits you, then pay by card or M-Pesa. The booking is confirmed immediately and the shop is notified.
- Can I book a barber for the same day?
- Yes, if the shop still has slots free. Availability is live, so a time shown on the shop page is a time that can be taken.
- Do I need to pay in advance?
- Yes. Jaky takes payment when you book, by card or M-Pesa, and the money is passed on to the shop. An unpaid booking releases its slot after the payment window ends.
- Can I cancel or move my appointment?
- Yes. Appointments can be moved or cancelled from your Jaky appointments list, subject to the shop setting its own notice period.
- How do I know a shop is any good?
- Every shop page shows the rating and the reviews left by customers who booked through Jaky, alongside the full price list before you commit.
